Terry DeLapp (Born 1934) is active/lives in California.  Terry DeLapp is known for Mod tonalist landscape.

Californian Terry DeLapp seems more interested in painting space than objects, hiding tiny farm buildings behind extensive foregrounds and under high skies. His acrylic rural landscapes are almost abstractions, realistic but with minimal detail, featuring two wide planes of earth and sky sandwiching a thin line of distant middle-ground with its miniscule barns and farmhouses.

Even a floral still-life, "Pink Flowers and Mason Jar," acrylic, 20 x 16, has the name-sake objects minimized at the bottom of the canvas, dwarfed by the amount of empty space of the ochre-umber wall behind. DeLapp's is a cautious, delicate vision.

Terry DeLapp was born in Pasadena, California in 1934, moving to Cambria, where he now lives, in his teen-aged years.
